clean reception comfortable bed
The reception area was bright and clean. The hotel provided parking on site. My room was bigger than expected and the bed was super comfortable. A nice selection of toiletries was available in the bathroom.
The in-room phone did not work.

I found the gardens well-kept, offering a peaceful setting. the bedroom was spacious and i liked that it was cleaned daily. breakfast included fresh, cooked options. the staff members were friendly. Their helpfulness enhanced my experience.
The hotel looked a bit dated. Some areas could benefit from refurbishment to enhance the overall aesthetic appeal.

a surprisingly pleasant stay
helpful staff spa facilities comfortable bed
the staff were genuinely helpful and polite i found them very focused on their jobs. the spa facilities use was included and that seemed like a nice bonus. i had a standard king room and the bed and pillows were very comfortable

The staff was super friendly. I really loved their helpful attitude. I also appreciated the good parking facilities. The morning swim in the pool was definitely a highlight!

clean room helpful staff
i always find the rooms super clean. the staff is very helpful and kind, they are an asset. improvements were visible in the suite, especially the new settee and refurbished seats.
they were all full for the whole of our stay, so i couldn't use the pool. i was offered a slot the morning i was leaving, but that was too close to checkout.

the food was very nice here. milk could be taken to the room, i found this a great idea. i found the staff provided excellent service and are very attentive.

the pool was of a reasonable size and very clean. i found the lockers convenient, because they didn't require payment. a steam room was available, however no functional sauna was available.

the room was comfortable and had a lovely bathroom. everything was clean and the room smelt nice. the tv is fairly ancient however the decor is bit drab, but fair.

Acceptable room, some service issues
single duvets beds split
The room size was good. Easy parking was available.
The king size bed was two mattresses pushed together. Two single duvets covered them. During the night, the beds split and i ended up on the floor.
